Do PCR 72 hours prior to your departure. Register to Air Suvidha Portal with PCR negative certificate. Also to Jagratha portal if you are travelling to Kerala. Take print out of it. Configure Mobile ID if you don''t have physical ID.

For departure no need, but for arrival needed. In India asking Arogya sethu app, but nobody ask for it. Because you need an Indian telephone number which most of the expats don''t have.

When the appropriate time to do the PCR Test? I know it has to be done within 72 hours of the departure. But considering uncertainty like flight cancellation/rescheduling, Positive test result etc. when you guys thinks is the most apt time to give swab for testing?

Thanks Suresh. Also can anyone share the clinic names where the PCR Test is done at cheap rate. Badar Al Sama is charging only KD16, but the problem is location only Farwaniya. Any other ones you are aware of?

Yes George. You need to do a mandatory PCR Test at Airports in Kerala. Once the result comes negative you can end quarantine.
Cheapest PCR Test in Kuwait is at Wara Hospital Sabah Al Salem. Just 11KD.

Most of the clinics are overcharging for PCR Test. MOH has set the ceiling price 20KD, which doesn''''t mean they should charge 20. 20 is the maximum you can charge. Those Hospitals in Kuwaiti Area are charging reasonable fees for PCR Test. Sometimes they throw offers at Co-Op societies for PCR as low as 5KD. Many Hospitals in Sabah Al Salem area is charging only 12KD for adults and 7.5KD for children. So we should go and do the test there. Once there are not many customers, other clinics run by Indians will also reduce the fees.
