Attention Parents- Permission to stay outside Kuwait more than 6 months.

Procedure for obtaining permission to stay outside Kuwait for more than 6 months. The sequence of the actions is mentioned below;

1. Get a letter from the college where student is studying. The letter must mention student’s name & course name. (Free of cost)

2. Get this letter notarized from Home Department of your state and MEA, New Delhi (Rs. 4,000 by Urogulf). However I was told by Indian Embassy, Kuwait to get the letter notarized only and no need of MEA, New Delhi attestation. But I got it done from MEA as a safety measure.

3. Bring this letter (attested by Home dept and MEA) to Kuwait.
4. Get this letter attested by Indian Embassy, Kuwait (KD 3.250)
5. Now get this letter authorized by MOFA, Kuwait (KD 5)
6. Have this letter translated into Arabic after all attestations (KD 2)

7. Go to Jawazat of your area and get typed application called “Izne Gayab” (500 fills).

8. Attach your PP & CIVIL ID and student’s PP & CIVIL ID copy.

My daughter applied for the subjected letter from college and notrization under process.... pls start the doucmentation as cited above, so she can stay till her visa expire...

our plan her to visit Q8 during X maz vacation and sent her back and apply for the obtain approval again.

Yes it is very much in practice. The absence permission is given to students. Submit all docs are written and get the permission.

I have a question that if a student is going abroad for study from kuwait and he is taking grace period extension from kuwait,so that paper date will be start after his legal six month period ?and id he became late from the given date of grace period so can he extend it more ?

Please Note, This procedure only applies to College (if you are lucky) and University Students. School Students are not given this exemption.
There is no need of attestation from Delhi only Notary is enough.

Please guide, my son want to continue 2 years Computer Diploma in Canada after his 12th grade from Kuwait on September 2019. He is aligiable to get this exception from Kuwait emigration, for staying more 6 month and study in Canada.
Same procedure to fallow ?
We live in Farwaniya jawazat.

Please guide.

Procedure @ Ahmadi Jawazat
1) Get a letter from college
2) Notarized from India
3) Attested from Min. of External Affairs India
4) Kuwait Embassy attestation (2-4 charged Rs. 5000)
5) Indian Embassy Kuwait attestation (KD 5)
6) MOFA - Kuwait (KD 5)
7) Translated to Arabic (KD 2.5)
8) Prepare application (KD 1)
9) Submit Ahmadi Jawazat 2nd floor Room 5, same time issuing the certificate.

Will The extention time period will be as per the ACdamic date mentioned the application or They give maximum 6 months only from the date of application?
It will depend up on of Residence validity - It if is valid for one year they will one year extension.

@rohit patel - The letter is called Bonafide Certificate (from College) - You can get it from the College office very easily.
