hi,

Can you pls let me know the formalities to be completed in case of death in India. I mean the documents and formalities to be completed there for registration (like cancellation of civil id) of death here and consequent transfer of bank account etc to the name of the wife/legal heirs. Also since the family has been sponsored by the father whether any time limit is given to family to wind up in kuwait.
