Canceling Electricity meter in Abbasiya

Dear Friends. The below are steps to cancel the electricity meter and get KD 125 refund for people in abbasiya. I just canceled mine today.
1) Keep refund slip of KD 125and IBAN paper that your bank will provide.
2) Take a photo of the latest meter reading.
3)You have to go to Sabah Al Naser MEW dept for cancelation. Take the stairs and go to mezzanine floor. The location is https://goo.gl/maps/8Zee2Ai1uZH8jPJ6A. I was asked to get my building Haris and he needs to carry his papers of proof with him too.
4) At the entrance give the Latest meter reading, a copy of refund slip, civil id copy, last paid bill copy and rent contract copy. He will fill a form for you and attach all the papers to it.
4) The lady at the counter took my papers and then told me to get the mudeer signature on the form. After some time she gave me my latest electricity bill.
5) Left side, there is a door where they take payments only on KNET. I paid and handed the receipt to the lady who was preparing my cancelation form.
6) Then she gave me the 3 important papers to take sign from the mudeer and then told me to go to MEW south surra. In total, I entered at 8 AM and left by 11.00 AM from here.
7) The next day I went at 8 AM with the 3 papers, IBAN paper and the refund slip to South Surra. The location is https://goo.gl/maps/HPNqWHzPtmdkQoQw9. Take the first floor here also.
I met a Bangali , asked me what work I had, I told him I wanted to cancel. He Asked 2 KD for the work and he handled everything. Then he gave all the papers work and said they entered in the system and give it to the accounts dept on the ground floor.
8) I went to the ground floor and there another bangali took my paperwork in and asked me do you want the Refund soon? They will ask KD 10 and assure you that money will come to your account in 1 week''s time. If you can wait for 2 months maximum, then collect a slip of paper with a number on it. If you don''t get your money in 2 months you have to call them.
