SHLONIK APP : Home quarantine

Dear All,
I returned from india 11th Sep, immediately did pcr and got negative results. we activated shlonik app after that.
my account doesn’t show anything.
didn’t get any message for selfie upload also till now i need quarantine completed certificate for my duty resume,
So many times called call centre and updated all documents shlonik WhatsApp
any emails to check this through moh /shlonik It center location
if you have any information in this regard?

@Safiudeen Abdulmalik My wife is facing similar situation. I am following up the matter through Shlonik WhatsApp helpline. They are responding but very passive.
I had activated Shlonik in India earlier but uninstalled before arrival. Later we activated both accounts after our PCRs. It worked for me but not for my wife. As commented here, may be it has to activated at least once before PCR (even if it was uninstalled)..not sure though. Keep trying with WhatsApp number and provide what all they ask. For me latest requirement is video showing PP first page and entry stamp. They respond during evening hours (4-5 PM).

I got also same. I am also comeing in 13 sep. I did also pcr. Really no idea. If you know any idea plz share to me. Thanks. My no :66940610
