If u wish to come back to Kuwait in the near future then get the copy of your cancelled w/p and same with residency too. If needed, ur new sponsor won''t face issues to get you the new visa. If not cancelled in the system, u won''t get the new one.
Let ur co say whatever, get the wp cancelled copy and let them get u #14 till u exit or let them cancel #18 b4 u exit.

Thankyou soo much @zameer ... The company have given me a copy of my w/p cancelled.. i have requested the company but dont think they would give me the exit visa14. Like as you said the copy of work permit would be enough... Thankyou once again...

Dear Robin.
Can you tell what is content of cancelled work permit. I am also in process of leaving kuwait and not aware of WP cancellation copy.
This is new thing for me. Kindly educate all. Thanks
