factory visa can be transfer to private company or not

i am holding factory visa 18 (from masna (small steel factory) so is it possible to transfer to private company or not or only my current sponsor can transfer to his own private company. i have finished 3 year in Kuwait, or is there any fees by paying i can get transfer to private company. kindly suggest me.

so if anyone knows that how can i get it transfer from factory to private sector please aware me.

i have heard that currently all visa can be transfer from one sposer to another.

As the rule stands today, it can''''t be transferred. The plan is coming to the fore also suggests that it won''''t be allowed in the future too for putting a control on the expat work force. Most of these visas are sold and if authority allows further relaxation, it kills the control.......
