Investing and buying depends on how much you have or want to. I have assisted many in buying flats in dubai and then selling it for double price and few being rented out, others have got their funds invested in private indian firms in Kuwait. I found that buying a house Canada is also a very good long term investment and renting it.

Dubai is not a good option anymore. And in fact any middle eastern country is not a great idea. Any western country makes sense. Another option is keeping liquid funds in countries like Singapore or other places with no tax.

U all people eating 50 fills khabus and living miserly just to show off for property nothing will happen to you all. U were hindi and will hindi here and your level will remain that only. Many u have assisted in doubling the money thru investment in flats and rental, really? Which Dubai you are talking about?? Is it the same which is in UAE/GCC?

I began this post with a knowing that many of you will question as to how many were assisted and how do I know about the planning of BJP. It''s not necessary that I have to provide you proof. I just said as I used to trade building supplies with Dubai when I was in Kuwait before and that''s when I found that the flats built near the Burj of great investment. So, few good investors were informed and funds were collected through which 6 apartments were purchased, out of which 4 were sold last year for triple the price and 2 are still given for rent. All of the investors were from Kerala, Bangalore and Arunachal. Their funds were also invested in small firms in Dubai and Kuwait which helped them get Business visas to visit and enjoy the country. Small firms I meant were into printing, real estate, general trading, etc. The above purchases in Dubai regarding the apartments and flats were possible since I had connections and it was like 5 years ago. I live in Canada and I was able to assist 2 fellow NRIs to buy a gas station and a condo property which has helped them to come to Canada on a business Visa. I talk and post here because I lived just like how you all did but with a twist in every way.

Sorry I am not a agent who deals with real estate, I just used to assist those who had wealth with a better investment. You may deposit money in India but not much and not invest also instead I was just telling better ways of investment. Demonetisation affected many had liquid cash and were in shock as they didnt know what to do with so much of cash in hand or how to get it changed. Regarding the BJP, I said it because I heard it well and clear. You are just a employee of a company in Kuwait and what you hear and talk are from the people around you and from the media. I did make money from the real estate in Dubai but not commission and the properties were purchased 5 to 6 years ago and it was good then, those who I assisted made around 80lkhs to 1.2cr profit.

No need to wake the others, else soon western countries will ban indians from immigration. A friend of mine working in a reputed immigration consultancy said there was a 35% increase in business last year and this year start has been tremendous. That''s another story.
