Arabic name in MOI and Civil ID

Dear all, my name in passport is James Thomas. No surname in first page. My father’s name in the last page of my passport is “Vadakkel Mathew Thomas “
Arabic name in my Jawazzat Print out is “James Thomas” only but English name is “James Thomas Vadakkel Mathew Thomas “
After renewal of residence I got new civil id . The Arabic name in civil id “James Thomas Vadakkel Mathew Thomas “ but my English name in civil id is “James .T.M. Thomas”.
What should be my correct name in civil id so that I can travel out and come back to Kuwait . Before I had the sticker visa and I didn’t face any issues while travelling . Should I change the Arabic name in Jawazzat paper , English name in civil id or both .
Please help with your advice . Thanks
