Dear all,
I have been thinking of this from a long time, what I need to ask u all. Now, when I used to work in India and look for a job change, I used to generally think about the docs needed by the next employer like experience / service certificate, salary slips, offer letter of past employer(s), all credentials related to qualification and service etc. etc.
Over here in Kuwait, I came across people that are telling me since few years that if we get a job in GCC itself, then there are some employers who don''t ask for so many credentials as mentioned above. Instead, there are companies in GCC nations, that would ask for a minimum credential up to their own satisfaction and this has been proved true as in case of some of my friends, who have left from here to other countries like Qatar and Oman.
My question is that if the next employer is going to ask you for a bare minimum credential as a proof of your service and experience, and if they are not ready to wait for up to 3 months of notice period, then should we just resign from here, in case there is an excellent offer available ??
Of course there are other things to be taken into account like loan, indemnity etc. But if the offer is really good and things like indemnity don''t matter to someone, then would be it a good idea to leave from here and join elsewhere ??
Just curious to know from you all, share your views.
