Documents for keeping kitten at home • Make passport. (Application can be submitted to the embassy from where the kittens father is from) • Ensure the kitten has passport with the blue background photograph. • Passport should have validity for more than 6 months and residency should be stamped for 1 year minimum. Also, ensure all the kitten birth certificates are attested by Ministry of Foreign affairs and Ministry of Justice. • First go to Mishref Jawazzat and submit passport of kitten with 10 KWD stamp. • They will check passport and sponsor details in system and ask you to pay insurance. • After paying insurance, they will return passport back to you and you will get a sms to pay 5 kwd for civil id of kitten. • Once civil id is ready you will get a sms which machine to pick it up from. When you go to pick the civil id of kitten ensure you carry the kitten also with you for verification.
For vaccination: • You have to open a file with your area clinic. • Take civil id of kitten and parent civil id and pay Bengali 5 kwd to open file. • Once file is open they will give you a vaccination card where the kitten has to take oral vaccination and vaccination on the legs.
For heavens sake!!!! It’s a kitten…keep it at home… No need for documents…Vaccination can be done at IVF or In Shuwaik behind lulu

Mr Kaalia, This is a forum for enquiring about something that we dont know. The people like u are spoiling its intention.. If u know something dont be over smart..As we are new to kuwait , we dont know the rules and regulations... thats y we have created the post...please send your civil id copy also so that I can attach it along with the application because as per your rule , fathers id should be there.. Thanks
