Release and passport issue

I Joined one company in june-2018, this is my 3rd company since I came to Kuwait, I resigned after 14 months and HR told me that you cannot resign because you have fixed contract of two year and you must complete the contract, I asked them the contract but they refused to give me, I went to shoon and make case against the employer. If I broke the contract what will be the penalties.
Now my question is should I get release and my passport and how much time it will take.

1st of all, how could you ppl keep signing without having a copy of it??
None can advise anything just by assuming and without the full info.
Anyway, if you have a fixed contract then u need to compensate the company for the voilated period. If I deduct 3 months notice as per your incomplete query, you are still short of 7months. You need to pay back to ur company equivalent to ur 7months salary but make sure that u have fixed or open contract.

if you have signed a contract then 10 month salary you will have to pay the company before they give you release . contract is contract ............ if you were terminated and have a 2 years contract you can be compensated as the same .......
