Visit Visa Process for Kuwait - Family and Relatives
Requirements:
-Family Relationship Certificate from Indian Embassy (BLS) and MOFA stamp
-Booked tickets through national airline like Kuwait Airways
-Get all papers ready from any typing center
-Book appointment through META App
-Install SAHEL app on your mobile from Appstore. Booked appointment details on this app which need to be shown during visit.
Process:
-Reach VISA office as per appointment time.
-For Ahmadi governate Visa office is on first floor.
-Once you enter first floor go towards your left area and get token for document verification from person sitting behind the counter.
-Once documents verified go straight towards Visa sections and take another token from machine
-Submit all your papers as per token number announcement. Lady will ask you to show your appointment through SAHEL app. They will not entertain if this appointment is not shown through app only.
-Don’t submit any original documents, not even relationship certificate.
-Lady will call you once again and ask you to get your papers signed by manager.
- Manager approved my family (wife & kids) visa application but rejected my Niece application.
-Once signed submit those papers back to same lady.
-Once all OK, lady will print your Visit Visa and ask for 3KD stamp each which need to be paid on spot using KNET/Credit card.
-Make sure you check all details in printed Visa correct as per family details.
-Paste this stamp at the back of VISA and get it signed/stamp by Manager.
-All Done
Note:
During this process they did not ask for any Marriage certificate or childbirth certificate. But if you have those, keep them handy otherwise no need.
