Problem encountered while applying for iznamal

Hello Everyone
I''ve come to Kuwait recently but I seem to have encountered a hiccup. I have passed my medical check and completed the fingerprinting process in that order and I''m in the midst of the residency stamping process. However when my mandoob is uploading the requisite documents (work contract I think) on the manpower portal website for getting the iznamal, it shows a pop up which reads "The unified number of the worker was not found in the ministry of interior"
I''m hoping someone here can shed some light on how they solved this if they had ever encountered the same problem. Thanking you for your inputs

let him go to moi with picture of your error and documents and fix
