Attestion of TC/X Mark Sheet and Conduct Certificate - for Graduation or higher studies

Please find below the procedures for attesting your Transfer Certificate, Conduct/Bonafide Certificate, and Class X marks from both the Ministry of Education in Kuwait and the Indian Embassy. Some colleges in India may require these attestations.

1. *Collecting Documents*:
- Obtain the Transfer Certificate and Bonafide Certificate from your school. Ensure both certificates have the Principal’s signature, the school symbol, and the Principal’s signature stamp with the school name.
- Verify that your Class X certificate has the school symbol. If it is missing, request the school to include it.

2. *Ministry of Education Attestation*:
- Visit the Ministry of Education in the Mubarak Al Kabeer Governrate (location link will be provided).
- Go to Hall 1 on the right-hand side and present the documents to the front-end counters (staffed by ladies). They will stamp the documents and obtain the necessary signature from the manager there.
- For the Transfer Certificate, exit Hall 1, take a right, and give the document to the manager for stamping.

3. *Indian Embassy Attestation*:
- Go to the BLS International office with the following documents:
- Original and one photocopy of each: Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, and Class X Marks Sheet.
- Original passport and civil ID of the father/mother and son/daughter.
- Three copies each of the passport and civil ID.
- Submit the documents to BLS. Each document attestation costs 5 KD.
