Dependent Visa for mother (age 65) & visit visa (90 days) for my sister (age 47)

I am working as a safety engineer in Kuwait & since Jan 2024 I am planning to bring my mother to Kuwait on dependent visa, somebody told me that only one month visa they are giving.
My plan is to bring my mother (age 65) on dependent visa & my sister (age 47) on visit visa at same time. Please guide me step by step procedures if anyone know.
In my passport my mother name was incorrect, so I went to embassy for new passport application but they are asking my birth certificate so again I applied online through MYNRI website and it is in progress since 45 days.
I have a plan to apply US visa once my mother and my sister come to Kuwait as we know in India slot booking will take 1 to 2 years.
Please suggest if things can happen or as per my plan.

Unfortunately, they are no more giving dependent visa to mothers.

As per the present rules, only wife and kids are eligible for dependant visa. The only way to bring your parent is via family visit visa for a maximum of 30 days. The minimum salary requirement for family visa for parents is 450 KD. To bring your sibling, the salary cut off is 800KD.
And regarding applying for US visa from Kuwait, you cannot apply it for your family, if they are here on visit visa
