Dear Younis,
Nothing is wrong with the machine. Your appointment slot is booked, and the message status always shows pending, but if you click on your appointment details, you will find a scan code with your personal details and confirmation.
Keep the screen shot; that''s the evidence, and it is required while carrying out biometrics; without this code, it''s not allowed.

I have been trying to get an appointment through the Sahel app for the past 10 days but showing full.
someone posted to call 164 which i did and after 1 hour they answered and told me the system was not working and to call after 2 hours. tried but they must have closed at it was Thursday. will try tomorrow.
