Kindly provide info on procedure to change info on passport.
Place of birth mentioned wrong.

If its printed wrong while renewing contact them back with old document and they will correct it. If it is wrong from the beginning then you need to proove with additional document like birth cirtificate.

in birth certificate the date is mention so no problem it can be corrected plz contact typing centre for further details

In my birth cerificate my last name is missing the can allow for visa?
