Book online ticket on airline''s website. Agents will charge at least 10 KD more per person.
PCR must be done 72 hours before. E.g. if your are flying on 20 Dec., then do the PCR test on 17 Dec ( not earlier than 17 Dec.). After you get the PCR report, you have to upload this report on AirSuvidha website https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration along with PP and other details.
While proceeding to Kuwait airport, keep the print copy of AirSuvidha approval, Vaccinaction report (downloaded from Immune app) and PCR report and of course air ticket in hand. I suggest make several copies of each document to avoid any surprises at the airport.
You have to show all documents at Kwt. airport.

Don''t waste money on travel agent.
1) Upload documents on air suvida website. 2) Carry copies of RT-PCR test. 3) Carry Vaccination certificate. 4) Carry airline ticket.
Thats all one needs to do during travel from Kuwait.

Can we fill other details on air Suvidha first 4 days before travelling and then attach RT PCR report, once the report we receive?
