Dear friends I tried in all ways to activate my immune app, I tried with my friends mobile number to get OTP, I talk to the service providers in video call they are saying i should come to kuwait to activate my sim card ????? without my signature they will not activate the sim card they are saying, I tried all possible ways, even I can''t buy a new sim card from kuwait , i should be there to buy a sim on my name.

One of my friends also having the same issue. He is not able to register also, When he is trying to log in its shows that civil ID is not registered on the vaccine site.

Peoples who are submitting their vaccine certificate for approval on MOH Kuwait from abroad ,And after getting approval not able to register on immune app due to OTP problem because either mobile number has been disconnected or registered with wrong mobile Number .
Hence anyone can visit to Mishref vaccine ground hall No-5 on their behalf with civil I''''d copy showing vaccinated (green) and update the new mobile number for immune app OTP.

If anyone is facing to get immune app GREEN, those who are already submitted doucments and get OTP via email. But they didn''''t get approval email from MOH you may go to Mishreif Vannication center Hall No.5 with all copies of documents and in Zone A - IT people will fix and will get confirmation email with 12 hrs. Otherewise they will advise you what will do or need any correction.

Go to hall no 5 mishreif there is a help desk on your behalf ask your friends to take copy of your civil I''d ,personally I have done this for my friend but make sure you should go there before 5 pm

once anyone has uploaded documents for Immune App, please wait for 7 days to reflect on the app.... each time you keep on applying the MoH will take the last application as the reference point and take 7 more days to reflect

i have submitted my documents, within 3 hours i get approval by mail...as also i face same immune app OTP issue, i downloaded Kuwait mobile Id app on that its shows Green and mention vaccinated..same with kuwait mosafer,i chek with kuwait airways office in bombay...they its enough to travel..we to have take a PCR test b4 72 hrs thats it..
