July-2020 news transferred all kind of visa from one sponsor to another

Hello IIK viewer,

i am holding 18 number visa from factory (masna/Mubarak Al-Kabeer Visa/small steel work)

so is it possible that i can transfer my visa to private company or is there any way i can get transfer by paying fee.
i have heard that after this corona in JULY-2020 it''s possible to transfer all kind of visa from one sponsor to another

kindly let me know is there any way to get my visa transferred

As the rule stands today, it can''t be transferred.
The plan is coming to the fore also suggests that it won''t be allowed in the future too for putting a control on the expat work force. Most of these visas are sold and if authority allows further relaxation, it kills the control.
