Appointment for Manpower deportment(Shoon office)

Good day,

I was complain about old company regarding my settlement and leave salary not given.. i went shoon office in Mubark al kabir(Ahmadi city), i file the complain and they issued date and time to meet officer .. in april 19, before the date all office was closed due to corana.. now only open... i need to visit again... pls any know about to make appointment in web site...

I am also same situation. since one year they paid only half salary also 3 year leave salary. now planning to change company. when ask release, they asking clearance paper from court without settlement. how you complaint ?. what is the procedure? please advice.
