Probation is a mutual and written clause in the agreement, if there is any such agreement signed. Probation is not a mandatory or a by default clause.
If you have this clause in your agreement then you can resign and leave immediately. Even if there is no such clause, you can resign and serve 3 months notice period provided you don''t have a fixed contract.
You need to be a degree holder for getting release b4 one year of local transfer. Don''t forget to speak to the new potential employer/co ppl too so that u get support in case of SHOON case.
Having said so, there is an ethical issue too. If someone helped u and u agreed informally for certain things, I would advise that you should respect that.

What & which clause you are talking about? Do u follow Kuwait Labor law or there is a homemade labor law??
For ur knowledge, there is no such 9 months law either in practice or in the law.
U need to learn a lot and ur type of so-called Sr HR spoils the case due to your own incompetency.

@Zameer What about if my company agreed for transfer.. EVEN THOUGH I have to stay one year. My Visa is government project visa 18. Mo-rover in my contract clearly mentioned 100 days probation period.
The company that offered me the job now told me that when they checked online, it showed that they could transfer if they paid 300 kd. But they are also not sure if the transfer will happen or not.They said they could try if I take the risk.
If the visa is not changed, I will lose both my jobs.
please help I have to decide tomorrow.

@Mb I ''ve joined a company before and after 6 months of work They did not get the expected contract then I transferred to another company. Then how do you say one year.
