Air Parcel

Dear Sriviand Leslie and other friends I have sent an airparcel on 16th April and they promised that it will reach in 12 days time.On 13th day when I called the parcel office they said it will take another a week time.Now it is 27 days it has not reached.Now I am in India and When I called the office they are telling dont waste your money in telephone.It will reach Friday.It is AERO Cargo Service in Murghab.Tel:22452088.I dont know what action to be taken on them.I paid money for Air parcel.I am in doubt that they might have sent by Sea.But the answer they give is very rough and strange.I need ur advice in this regard what action I should take on them.

These private cargo services runs behind the door. It is absolutely illegal. A customer cannot file a suit against them. But, a customer still has a right to claim by force. Just go and show at them infront of their office. It will work.
The best way to send cargo is through known people.
