Need help and guidance -Visa -release and residency!

Dear IIK members,
I need guidance and suggestions.
I am almost finishing my one year with my sponsor. I have been pushed to a point in my current job where in I have been forced to resign from my current company. I was hired in Kuwait while I was on family visit visa , company issued me a work visa I exited the country and came back on new visa! In that case
1)Am I local hire ?
2)Am I eligible for release? I am diploma holder, profession in izna amal is Engineer!
My biggest worry is that I had applied for dependent visa for my wife before the problems started for me! I already sent her the visa and she was supposed to join me next month!
3) In the current scenario if I change my job and sponsorship what happens to her visa?? Is it still valid?
I have been lucky and have been offered good job in another company! So till I finish my transfer should I postpone her visit? Should her current visa be cancelled and fresh visa should be applied for her after I finish transfer? ... Contd

I took visa 18 private on 2017 march from india came to kuwait and changed to a company that is factory visa to 2017 july ,later 2019 september i transfered from the company to private sector visa 18 , now i got an offer and the company checked time they are telling my visa cannot be transfered, but my visa agent told me it is transferable visa, i taken the visa for 650 kwd , right now company checked my Tasasul iqama and told that i cannot transfer my visa, But i showed my workpermit to some typing centers they told me it is private 18 transferable, but i dont know wht happening?? i took this visa on sep 2019 now 6 months remaining almost to finish my visa, what i will do ? can you please guide me ?
