please be clear like what error you are getting etc? .. check meter number old one and take photo of new one ? and see.. they have to update in system.... under you civil id ... you can also take you flat agreement and all needed documents and approach...

Same issue with me. Go to Ardhiya, Do photo copies like, Meter reading, Building PACI, Room PACI, Contract copy, 125 KD receipt. Download MEW app & show them your account is active. Enter in office straight after entering building. They will do your paper work & send it to mudir for payment. & SO ON....
