Please note that no travel agency return the payment. You will get your money back if you taken the ticket direct from the flight office or online purchase. Travel agency''s bookings are different and never give back your money. I have experience in 2018 with Oman air ticket through an agent. The agent told me as per airline record we used that ticket, which I never travelled using that ticket. 2020 I booked directly through Kuwait airways and due to Covid they return the full amount to my bank account.

Travel agency like Rehalat cheat the customers. I know my colleague who was cheated by Rehalat and he complained to DGCA. Then Rehalat settled the money within two weeks. I also have due to be settled by Rehalat and they have been cheating saying that they will process in 10 days. Don''t trust them and complain to DGCA, with your ticket copy and a complaint letter. Also submit all communication with the travel agency. Rehalat shows few KD difference while booking online. But, if there is any date change, you will be charged even though the airlines doesn''t charge you. If cancellation, then Rehalat will never be forthcoming to refund the money. My suggestion, if any refund is not received, then complain to DGCA. There, they will give you a form to fill in and attached the ticket copy and other claim related mails with the travel agency.
