Travel to India & Return to Kuwait - Guidelines

Dear friends,
I am planning to go to Kerala to be with my ailing mother. I received my two doses of Oxford vaccine in Aug, 2021 and have certificate, green signal in Mobile ID and Immune App.
Please guide me what all steps to be taken IN INDIA / KERALA as I prepare for travel. I have no idea about the rules required to enter Kerala now. No ideas about Apps or certificates needed.
Also, how can I purchase return ticket? Kuwait Airways online ticket purchase is safe & confirmed? Or, shall I purchase only one way ticket from some agent? Then, purchase the return ticket from Kerala agent?
Also, please guide me what are the steps to be followed IN KUWAIT for going and returning ? Are there any luggage limitations? Please spare some of your time to help me out.

Please visit to any Airline ( KU or Jazeera) website for the guidelines. Just follow that. Its updated. If you are travelling to Kerala then register in Jagratha Portal also. If you want to come back better issue return ticket direct from the airline. Later the charges can be more or less. But better keep a return ticket.

Don''t come back to Kuwait. Stay in Kerela. Situation of economy is bad here. Also covid cases increasing in Kerela.

1. Kuwait mosafar app for departure from kuwait -uoload flight details , passenger details take a printout to show in the airport checkin counter
2.register Covid jagrata portal and get the acknowledgment take a print out -for kerala
3. Register in air suvida portal after u done the PCR test and upload the same and take a printout
4. Download arogya sethu app in your mobile n keep.
you need to do a RT PCR test 72 hrs before ur departure and get certificate .
keep 2 sets of all the above .
