SBI - NRE account Mobile Number Update

Dear IIK,
My mobile number has been changed recently ,Tried to update SBI NRE account via online application form , Sent email to branch and NRE cell also, Got below reply from NRE cell. Can any one did the same in recent times , Kindly advice.
Reply from SBI NRE cell :-
For amending the mobile number in your account , we require your request in the attached format attested as mentioned below.
As per revised KYC guidelines of the Bank, If NRI customers are not visiting the branch in person then the completely filled and photo affixed application form duly signed along with the KYC documents (valid passport and VISA ) has to be attested by SBI Foreign office / Indian Embassy / High commission / Notary public and the hard copies to be send to us to the following address.
OR
If you have any SBI Offices nearby your location you may directly submit the documents there also. If so, please note to keep all originals with you while visiting our branch.

Print the form fill it with hand and sign it.scan it again and attach ur registered mail id..and send it to branch ok
