I was also deceived by khadamat, they gave me an insurance policy and it was not accepted by muroor as the company was either blacklisted or closed. No Refund. I had to take another policy and renew my daftar.

In my case, I did get a message from them regarding this matter and upon informing they picked it up and replaced with no extra cost.
I replied them on whatsapp and overall the service was great for me.

Most of us go for the cheapest (to save 2-4 KD) even if the Vehicle Insurance is really a matter in Kuwait roads. Opt always the well-known Insurance Company, we will come to know the bad effect only while any accident happens, Compensation / Reimbursement process will drag-on or will get with a long delay if you go for cheapest Insurance.

We apologize for the inconvenience you seem to have gone through.
However, we would like to clarify here that your policy was purchased on 01 Oct 2020 and it was your duty to get your vehicle registered with the traffic department.
The insurance company in the discussion was unfortunately barred from doing new business only on 14 Jan 21. We have not sold you any policy after that date.
Between the period of 01 Oct 2020 and 14 Jan 2021 - you have used your insurance policy and would have been covered in the case of any eventuality.
The issue, therefore, is not about a wrong policy being sold, but about your policy already being an active policy for 3+ months, because of which a free of cost replacement cannot be done. Hence cancelation of the said policy wouldn''t be possible.
In fact, we would also like to point out here that had you gone to the traffic department earlier, there would have been no issue whatsoever in renewing your daftar.
We regret the inconvenience caused by your delayed visit to the department, but would unfortunately not be able to assist in salvaging the situation for you.

I can see the comment from Sayatri team above. According to that, they very gently explained the situation. It seems like you purchased the insurance on Oct 1st and ministry barred that company on Jan 14th. In this situation, you cannot blame the seller on Jan 15th bcoz they sold you a valid insurance. Now I can see your comments like the manager is talking loud voice.. all online sellers are cheaters etc.. all silly comments which proves that you are frustrated with your bad time.
According to me, It is NOT Sayatri''s problem, It is your bad time. Now forget about your money and buy a new insurance!

From what I read Saiyarti team seems to be very reasonable. And to top it they have even offered free road side assistance gratis for a year though they have no moral obligation to do so. Ratna Prasad is not mentioning why he delayed getting a new daftar for three months.
