kindly download KUWAIT ID app in mobile of whosoever is there with your son and civil ID of your son will be activated on that mobile and that version of civil ID is approved for travel purpose. Dont worry you need not to take the hard copy.

I do not think there is mobile id for children below 5 years of age.

I got the Civil ID from India via DHL in 5 days without any problem
Cost was INR 5700 and 3 KD customs and handling fees in total

Hi Sir,it’s follow up solution/
1 can send back through another traveller ur friend or etc..
2. If courier is not available/ or asper one of the comments..it’s takes 30 kd for courier
3.in your case my opinion is ,just treat as Lost Civil id case.No need to go to police station ,visit PACI fill the form and pay 20 kd ..with in Days u will receive ur new CID,while going for collection pls carry ur passport and child sponsorship details old cid copies
