Hi,
During probhation period you can resign or company can terminate without any reason. Probhation period 90 or 100 day as per company. After this period you can resign or they can terminate with notice period. Notice period may be normally 3 months or 1 month. But in your case certificate is with company . So better you can politely trying with your comapany for getting degree certificate. If you are having good arabic knowledge or good lawer then you can try legally as per kuwait law. But here in kuwait, some of kuwaiti company we can not expect kuwait labour law. Otherwise serve upto febraury then take certicate . Or resign with norice period then try . They should not tell money to be credited upto the febraury . If you are going legally , check all the back up documents . Do you have any proof for giving certificate to company . So consider all . Decision is yours

Hi jay ,
Now a days jobs in kuwait not secured , also so many peoples available doing the same job without any experience . So company they are removing all benefits from the employee . This is happenening in all the firm right now. Anyway you can tell her to resign after notice peroid they will give all . But before that check the contract once again. Also present condition if you are resigning how you will go to india ?? Also visa transfer new company your company need to sign. Check all conditions and do it .

Don''t worry about certificate, You can reissue from your country as duplicate & do stamping again.
Same i do in my case of Dubai owner refuse to give & now i am in kuwait with Duplicate degree @ just 700 Rupees + Stamping.
Here duplicate means another copy issued by competent authority.
Just 1 thing: Don''t do any verbal communication with Management. Must be with approved email ID through which they communicate with you previously (If any). Else Paper work with receiving.
