1. Now, can I get membership only (not NOC) as NOC required by me after one year.
2. Tier1 & Tier 2 issue still exist or finished.
3. What documents you submitted at ''help for supplies'' counter?
4. Fee?

Hi all have a nice day.
1. First of all you should be approved as a member of KSE
2. You should hold your old membership card
3. Once you reach "help for supplies" counter, they will ask for your civil id card
4. They will ask how many years need to be renewed
5. Tell the no of years you required & accordingly they will process
Please note that even if you are a member of KSE, for renewing your membership & applying for NOC, now a days they are asking for the attestation of your marks card and course completion/provisional degree certificate from your college. In that case, scenario will be different.

When should v renew our membership card ?
Should it be before year ending in December or after year ending in January also allowed ?

I was having 2018 card and I renewed in 2019. I think, there is no special criteria or time for the renewal. But based on the surprise decisions of KSE, better renew the card by end of December itself every year. May be if you go by January, they can ask to attest your KSE membership card also :)
