Last week I had also same issues, I tried n tried but was unable to receive OTP. then my account was blocked for too many attempts. like this full week is gone.
But yesterday I tried again and it worked, I received the OTP on mobile. Just wait may be there site is down for that reason sometimes we are not able to receive OTP. Try n Try.

The issue may be related to KYC update. All the banks in india has regulations to update the KYC of the customers every 2 years. Your account might have been put under inactive category due to expired KYC. I experience this 2 months ago. For this, check your registered mail id, you might have recieved mail from SBI to update the KYC.
Solution: If you have good relation with your branch manager, then send him you recent passport copy and latest civil ID and aadhar card, PAN etc. He will update KYC and your account will be active.
If not, then write a mail to your branch, attaching all the mentioned documents and also attach a re-Kyc form (duly filled).
Re-KYC form you can get online (google it - for SBI).
Then, it will be done in few days (a week).

Mine also was working till 2 days back. When I contacted the branch manager, he said to update KYC. I have sent my documents to him. Let''s see what happens now.

Dear All,
I am facing the same problem from last night and not getting OTP from SBI , even mine is KYC updated recently and no other issue.
I believe some thing wrong in SBI.

How do you sending money KWD to India using SBI Yono app without using exchange companies..?? Is this possible..?? I am too using SBI online app but this knowledge is first time..Please explain how it is..??

Thank you everyone, for your feedback. I shall try again and let you know.
@Indian, We can not send money from Kuwait to India from yono App. I was mentioning that, I send one big amount to my SBI account through Wester Union App (which is giving best rate so far) and from my Yono App, I send money to my family or any other accounts. So, instead of sending every time to each account using exchange (which is charging 1.25 KD for each transfer) I transfer from yono app, which is almost free, so saving some amount on exchange charges.

I''m encountering an issue receiving OTPs on my registered Kuwait mobile number from South Indian Bank. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and how can it be resolved? Interestingly, I am receiving login alert messages via both SMS and email.
