From your post I can understand you are shooting without aim. You applied 200 to 250 post and you are looking for any job in accounts, admin or office operator. - This shows that your CV is very generic and no particular aim. You need to focus on one particular job sector, revise your CV focusing that specific sector and apply ONLY to that relevant job.
I post many vacancies for job in my company on IIK. Every time I post a particular job vacancy, I get 100''s of CVs and 99 out of 100 are totally irrelevant to what post I am looking for. Usually in this case what happens is immediately when I saw an irrelevant cv, directly delete that email. No second look.
This is the problem with majority of Indians. ,So be specific in what you are looking for, make a CV as per that profile and find out vacancies in that domain and apply only for that. All the best!

mostly there is not much jobs in the areas you are applying for, hence there is no replies. look for any vacancies and try to apply to such jobs.also companies may be looking for certain criteria like local recruitment and bilingual.

Linkedin is also mostly used now by many companies in Kuwait. Try there. Also apply to leading group websites direct. Alghanim, alshaya, Alsayer, Almulla, Babtain etc many. Many jobs are filled internally from cv submitted by existing employees. Use your friends too. Best of Luck.

First preference is always given to those who are already here with a valid visa.

As I already mentioned. our company always post their requirements on IIK with the exact details of the type of ppl we are looking for. The big issue is you ppl apply to each and every vacancy irrespective of the requirements. So my only commnt is to check whether the post is looking for your qualification and experience or not. if not, no need to apply. If yes, refine your CV as per that exact requirement and then apply. All the best.

You are right @MOHD.. These platforms are like useless database collection areas No use in applying or posting CV''''s or reularly updating profiles here thisis my opinion. its look like a scamjob fair and you wont get reply till lifetime and maybe some vacancies dont even exits.I tried as well and like us many have CV posted here and updated profiles but WASTE OF TIMEand ENERGY. I have found through many reliable sources like friends in HR that HR recruitment personnel dont even look or login to these websites so like this many honest eligible candidates live in hope an end up in frustration.Todays Human reources is gone to dogs as if you want to get a job you must 1. Either know someone (wasta) .2. Or pay someone and get one...thats why we see intelligent eligible performance and experience candidates are replaced by others and thats why many companies dont perform well in long term. Its all become corrupt culture!

@Mohd understand that poor HR personnel are made to collect CV''s no vacancies and no budget to employ right candidate it become foolish inhous hr exercise to collect data and give fake calls for interviews to keep their jobs going on .This is fate in todays world as no jobs in market.Out of 10 advertised vacanices 1 may be real.

@ MOHD IKHLAK dont apply jobs in IIK and even if you apply salary will not be more then 250 KWD Companies who are not stable post their Job Post in IIK. Always apply jobs through Linkedin, Bay Naukri or Indeed Job site who are reputed but not on IIK. Also i went through your CV on Linkedin. You are based in Delhi so you will definately not get any interview calls. Those who are based in Kuwait and under 18+ Transferable visa are only eligible to get Job as first preference. And secondly whenever you apply for Job you need to mention next to your Name as Seeking better Opportunities. This will highlight Recruiter that you are trying to seek new Job. All the best

i Agree with sunitha one need to be specific in his CV and Profile it helps company to recruit right candidate.
@mohammad Akhlak: do not panic some times we need patience to get the best don''t settle for less step 1 make impressive CV step 2 polish your skills step 3 be confident step 4 you can also visit offices in person and handover your CV in envelope saying this is for HR Dept
Kuwait is one of the best market for JOB seekers the problem is we miss the big fish due to impatience
wait , study , analyze and demand salary as per current market payroll don''t settle for less because if you do , then you have to spend years for low pay.
