Mobile Civil ID and Civil ID change

Hi

I entered Kuwait in January in new visa with both vaccination done in India. But my mobile ID shows not vaccinated. How to correct it?

Also, this is the second time Im entering Kuwait. I cancelled and left few years back. The civil Id I got is different from the old one... Is there any way I can get my old Civil Id because I have driving licence with my old Civil ID.

Have you renewed your passport or do you have the same passport which had been used for your last entry?
