Please advise me for my baby residency.

Hello All,
My baby born here in Kuwait at 01/July/22 and he was admitted in hospital 10 days.after that Eid holiday came. I got pink slip from hospital.
When I went to subhan for birth certificate one Bangali told you have to to attested relationship certificate from embassy and affidavit from libration tower.
I have marriage certificate in English with attested from home country.
What I do to complete my all procedures Whithin one month remaining.
I am afraid because after 60 days I heard penalty will come.
Please please advise me properly.

1. Make Marriage affidavit (You can visit BLS centre).
2. Attest the Marriage affidavit from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kuwait.
3. Visit Subhan registrar office and produce the Marrriage affidavit and they will issue Kuwait birth certificate. You can carry name of the child printed in Arabic to avoid any mistakes.
4.Apply for Indian passport + birth certificate.
5.After receiving the passport, prepare visa stamping application and visit your area residency department.
6.Once residency is issued, apply for civil id.

Is Marriage Affidavit required or Original Marriage Certificate with Arabic Translation copy attested by MOFA & MOJ enough.
