New work visa for kuwait with CoviShield Vaccination

Couple of my friends in India have received offer letters from a company here in Kuwait, they have sent all the necessary documents to the company along with the vaccination certificate, in the vaccinate certificate the medicine name is " CoviShield '''', now the company is saying that your vaccination certificate has been rejected by MOH-Kuwait and you have to get the medicine name changed to " Astrazeneca Oxford '''' then only we can get your visa. They tried their best but it is not possible to get the medicine name changed anymore.
Any advice on the above subject please.

This is strange , already thousands of Indians including me have travelled to Kuwait with Covishield certificate after the airport is opened on Sep for Indians. Covishiled is an approved vaccine in many countries including Kuwait. MOH KW has already approved lots of these Covishield certificates.

i am not sure of the genuineness of the reply from the company who applied for. Either the issue would be with the QR code readable format. The person can also apply to MOH link for vaccination clearance from his side.
