You can enter with 2 shots of sinopharm vaccine, and can then take additional dose in Kuwait... no need to take vaccine in india prior to coming to Kuwait

I do not think i can come with 2 Shots of Chinese vaccine only.
As per DGCI circular , any one who enters Kuwait with Chinese or Unapproved vaccine should have additional shot of APPROVED vaccine of Kuwait( Pfizer,Modena,Johnson or Oxford).
I do not know if COVIDSHIELD''s one dose will be fine to enter kuwait in additional of Chinese doses?
If any one has knowledge , please share.

Jackop,
Do not risk your life for the sake of visiting Kuwait. Covishield is not considered to be administered as booster dose. You should get mRNA vaccine like Pfizer or Moderna. Pfizer is the most widely given booster dose worldwide. Furthermore there is no medical grounds to deny Sinopharm, which is one of the best.

Thanks for your advice.
My problem is to enter Kuwait as my parents are in Kuwait.
Its almost @10 months i am away. What is the best way to comply DGCI & enter Kuwait?
I am only allowed to take booster dose in my Country India. In Georgia still they do not give any booster dose.
Is Covidshield will be accepted as additional dose on 2 Chinese doses?
Also in India still Pfizer is not available , i think.
