Re applying for new CIVIL ID after correction of Date of Birth.

When I recieved my new civil I''d , the date of birth was printed wrongly. Hence I contacted my office and mandoop told he updated the correction at shoun 2 days before.
Told to apply for new civil I''d myself.
But I doubt , from which site I can do this ,?? is it possible to see the details in the card before paying the kd 5/- again.
Those who have done this before please explain.

My wife''''s card came out with wrong date of birth. Did the correction by going to the Passport office and got sms to submit the new card with payment of KD 5/-. But you cannot see the details of birth date , only the name and passport number are shown online before making the payment. I hope the new card will have the correct date of birth.
