Anyone knows how many days it usually takes to update on their system? Is there any way to raise the complaint online if it''s not updated?

You have no option but to wait, the same happened to me. One of the passports were updated in 2 days and the other one took more than 10 days.

I had updated on saturday afternoon and got PACI message on next day 9 am (sunday)
New PP details are updated in the MOI site.

I think there is some issue with their system as the request status was changed on the next day itself but I didn''t receive any message from PACI and MOI is still showing old passport number. Is there any option to report this issue to them online or I have to visit Jawazat? Only 12 days are remaining for the residency expiry.

Is it required to update passport No. first in the MOI site and then once updated we can renew the residency or we can do it at the same time, Kindly update as my daughters residency is expiring on 28th of this month and just got message that new Passport is ready for collection from Embassy.

Collect the new passport from CKGS
Scan 1st & last pages of the passport
Login to MOI and select update passport
Upload Civil ID & passport soft copies
Once the passport details are uploaded you can proceed with health insurance paymnet and residency renewal.

In 24 hours it got updated, immediately renewed visa & paid for civil ID also.

Mine still not updated. I think there is some issue with their system as the request status shows "Updated" but it''s not updated on the MOI site. I will go to Jawazat on Sunday with ''Nakal Maloomat'' form to update it manually. There is no other way left for me I think.

Sometimes you will not see the update not receive update confirmation. What you need to do is click on the renewal button, if the renewal is accepted that means passport details are updated. Otherwise visit Jawazat and update it, these days no rush there.

Update on this issue :
I visited Jawazat with typed application form(Nakal Maloomat). They updated the passport info and also renewed the residency(since I had paid the insurance already). The whole thing took only 3 minutes. There was no rush at all. They took 10KD renewal fees through K-Net. No stamp.

I used "Your Opinion" option but there was no reply or followup from them even after 10 days.

If you do the passport update before paying for insurance, then the new passport expiry date will be shown automatically. But you can pay for insurance before the passport update too since insurance site only asks for Passport expiry date. You can manually select the expiry date and proceed for the payment.
