Try.... if advocate gives surety & amount return is much higher then legal fees * 1.5 times.

@SKS thanks for your reply. Surety is all verbal only. But my question is whether the indemnity claim is legally possible after 9 years of transferring the residency from ex employer.

if you have contract with co: I meaning agreement copy .go with advocate possible to get money . there is the law advocate knows .

Usually when shoun visa is cancelled, you sign a no due paper in the shoun office, stating that the company settled all dues. Likewise during visa transfer, there would have been a paper that which might state the the company that giving release has settled everything and you might have signed the paper. Please check this possibility and ensure there is no such no due paper involved during visa transfer. Otherwise, the lawyer will tell all orally and during the case if the ex company provides a paper signed by you, it will be difficult to win the case. You might argue to show the mode of settlement of your indemnity, but will be analysed that deep, only the lawyer can explain that. So check with different lawyers before making up your mind.
