Dear nothing to worry. I too faced the same situation in Nov. 2019. you should open the MOI app (If you have created account in it) then click on "visa" situated between Residency & Driving License you will see visa details there. Don''t click on Visa Application Status icon note that you will see the english names in reverse order e.g. if name is ASHOK then you will see the name as KOHAS. don''''''''t worry its due to arabic setting but in the hard copy you will see correct name.

It was Thursday. Hold on. Check tomorrow.
Invalid means, either you entered the wrong numbers or the ref number is not yet worked upon by the immigration staff thus the system won''t recognize it.

Thank you for commenting. I was waiting for your comment, as I see you know a lot about these processes and that you are helping out people in the forum quite actively. Kudos for that!
I went to Jawazat today and was told that the application is rejected. They did not give a reason, just told me to see the mudeer in Dajeej. The lady who gives the visas told me that my salary is okay, and I should check with the mudeer why it was rejected. Nothing is marked on my application. I''ve been through the hassle of getting the mudeers approval for my mother in laws visit visa extension twice, and I don''t want to go through it again.
If I am eligible to get the visa, then do you think there is a possibility that my application will be approved if I try again?

I wish I could help you.
For the same reason, I let my wife applied for her brother and that too had to go thru this idiotic process. We applied.... Rejected.... Applied again.... Rejected again and then finally had to get it approved from Dajeej.
They have no idea what they want to do with visit visa application of the family members.
