Dear Viewers,
I have register a case before four years for get my end of service. I win the case in first in stance. After the company appeal the case. yesterday was the first appeal case. Now the case post pond to 18-02-2020 they mention THE CASE RESERVED FOR JUDGEMENT IN AHMADI APPEAL COURT. Any one know about this mean next month judgement will be there or again delay? Mr Zameer give me before good explanation. But now can any one say what is the stage of my case.

It means there would be final judgment on 18th Feb. You don''t need to go to the court. You can see it on the website on 18th afternoon or 19th. Most probably the appeal would be rejected and if your lawyer follow the timely process, you should have your money in hand by Mar''20.
