Consult an urologist and then a vascular surgeon
you are a patient with 3 chronic disease like diabetes, hypertension(BP) and high Cholesterol and all these disease will affect the blood vessels , both artery and veins. High Cholesterol also will block the arteries thus reducing blood flow. This seems to be your problem. Try to keep all 3 disease under strict control with regular and proper medications exercise , diet etc...
There are many factors for ED.The process of Er....itself is a combination of physical , emotional, psychological, hormonal and chemical. so its bit complex.
A simple test to check peripheral
arterial blood flow will be to do a blood pressure in the ankle and then blood pressure in the hand (like normal way).From this the doctor can find the Ankle-Brachial Index. This will tell if the peripheral arterial blood flow is good , bad or worse.This is one of the cause for ED.

It will not happen all of sudden..graduallly it happend to you.whats ur weight..
As you say all things are normal.but dont consult doctor..go india and consult ayurvedic.unanani.etc which has no side effect..doctor can give u immediate effect but it will temp.wats ur age sir..so stop eating oil salt sugar or v less..tc

My age is 45 years with medium BP , and fasting sugar before 4 months i was only having the issue of Premature ejaculation but since last month i had this issue ( feeling but with no erection)- since two months using "FOREVER -MULTI MACA" but i think it became worse with no Erections at all .
Hope this Himalaya works , im at little worrying about this issue.

Dont try to get free advice about medical condition specially if your are diabetic . it is not a joke , ED problem start when your heart is not working 100 %. Erection all about blood flow from heart to different part of your body. So Consult with doctor only.

Even i have such problem but not on a regular basis. I am also 45 years of age without any disease. I remember in my early days i used to have 2-3 sessions in a day but now i can have only one. If i dont give enough time for second round then i am not getting proper erection. Even if i get erection i will not be able to finish. I guess it is an age factor and nothing else. In your case you have other problems which make it worst.
Consult doctor for his advice.

Looks like you are very anxious about this whole issue. One can understand this.
But by stop worrying and being less anxious will normally improve your health in this regard.
Since you have mentioned that your diabetes Bp and cholesterol are under control and that you are doing exercise regularly at gym, this is a good sign . So Take it positively and don''''t be nervous or anxious during performance.
Eat a healthy diet and include good amount of protein and green leaf vegetables.Take supplements/food containing Zinc,selenium.
Try kegel''''s exercise for men ( google and see).Its easy to perform and will strengthen the appropriate muscles.
Consult an urologist then a vascular surgeon .
