Xcite online delivery system is very poor. 2 years ago I had ordered few items which did not come to me. When I started calling, the customer service told me that the delivery man went to your home but it was locked so he returned to the store. After lots of fighting they some how delivered my items after 10 days.

Hi, I got the followings answers in 3 incidents; 1. Delivery man called you but your didn''t pick the call. 2. Item is out of stock - you will get refund soon. Amount shown as coupon which I used in next purchase. 3. Item is out of stock - You will get refund to your bank account. Still waiting.... Now I am always choosing cash on delivery.

simple just visit there store and purchase it, why doing online purchase when their stores are in all over kuwait and that too after facing all these problems while online purchasing

better avoid online as much as u can ... go there check item available...in the store.. or which store they have stock... pay money...go there ... collect item... save ur time...

Online delivery for Xcite used to be fast earlier. But as some have mentioned you cannot pick up all products as some are not available at store. These deliveries (even if purchased in store) take long duration. The main issue with cancelling the online orders. It is much more time consuming than cancelling the store purchases.

Always prefer Cash on Delivery while shopping with Xcite.. Now they have also introduced store pick up option.. u can order the product online and collect it in a store !

I had ordered a mobile phone case for XS MAX online (That particular model was not available in any stores near me). What I received was the same for XS (5.8 inch), but in the receipt it was mentioned as the model for XS MAX(6.2 inch). I immediately called the delivery guy, he didn''t pickup. Then I called the online customer care, they didn''t pickup as the time was after their working hours. I went to the store near to me and explained the things. The customer centre representative scanned the barcode on the box, it gave the bill with same XS Max model. He accepted there is a fault, but he can''t do anything with things purchased online. As it was a weekend I called back again on sunday, they put me on hold for about 5 minutes, and assured their grievance team will call back for follow up. After 5 such phone calls, 2 emails and 2 showroom visits, still the issue is not resolved. Now the showroom guy''s excuse is its already 14+ days, so they can''t refund or take it back as per their policy. How unprofessional and unethical one can get, this is the worst customer service any company can have!!!

I had one incident with online X-Cite. I ordered I-phone 7Plus Mate Black, but they delivered Jet Black, with in 05 minutes I called driver & CC, they promise me that, tomorrow they will come & pick my item back, but non of them contact me. I called for whole 1 month to customer care & also I visited to nearby showroom, but only they giving hope & later zero in action. For like these items, there is no COD & these items only available in online. Here models were same, but price were differ as per color. After continues 02 month try by call or e-mail, no reply. Finally forcefully I used this Jet Black model. So can anyone advise legal procedure, either get our booked item or refund of money. Also did anyone succeeded in getting justice.
