bro.. its not mistake from PACI name appears on your civil id what is printed on your residence sticker from MOI System if you have old residence sticker on your passport check you will have same name on it ... that's reflects on the civil ID...if you need to make any changes in name you have to visit MOI not PACI any more.. MOI has to do changes in their system and then it will reflect on your civil id...

Dear , Change in the name or any clarification or correction can only be done thru your immigration office. You need to approach the Computer section and get it done.

Hi Arabic Name, You shouldn't face any problem bcz airline is concerned about the English name and PP number which are correct in ur case. As far as Kuwait immigration is concerned they have all the data in ur system. HAve a good trip.

Let me explain you the whole issue. 1. Those who have sticker Nothing to worry about Civil ID 2. Those who have NO sticker - please note the following. Now the PACI system is programmed in such a way that the middile names are printing only the initials. You can't do anything about it. If there is any other issue with spelling or passport no etc- PACI office will not change it - you will have to go to Jawasat to do it. The procedure for changing your data at jawsat is as follows. Type the form - attach passport copy- go to the computer section and change. Once they change, you should insist to get a print out to check your data. once you agree with the data, you will get an sms and you can apply for the new civil id. Again, those who have sticker- don't worry.. Those who have NO sticker, make sure your name PP no etc are correct. Forget about the middle name initial- the system is programmed in that way

I went to South Surra to know about the use of initials for middle name i.e. my name in my wife and daughter's civil id,at the enquiry counter the official checked the first name and last name with passport no on CID with passport details they were matching .For middle name printed with initial S he said there is no problem need not worry. Regarding the name on old stickers there also middle name is in full still they printed the middle name with initials on the new CID. Still need more clarity on this.

My old civil id and residency sticker had the name as PAULVIN MATHEW BABY. The change happened only in new civil ID. Arabic name is given as Paulvin Mathew baby but English name given as PAULVIN M BABY. I am only worried about the entry back to Kuwait from visiting country. Like I am traveling to Europe I am just worried whether they will make issue as I don’t have residency sticker and they will question the initial

@Paulvin , you have to get the second and third name interchanged at MOI. At the time of renewal they gave a printout with four boxes reading from right with names in english so interchange the left side and the lower one.

Hello All, Even, I have the same issue as Rishad K, The 1st page on the passport only has 2 names but when I when to the Salmiya Jawazzat the Mudir (Mr. Jassim) said he need minimum 3 names and was not accepting the request to update it as on the passport. He finally added my Father name with also includes my grandfather''s name. Now I have 5 names on the Civil ID. So do I need change or the name on Civil ID should only consist the 1st page name? I need to travel soon for my son''s passport application and this seems to be a major issue now? Please guide?
