Eye Donor's foggy vision
You are barking up the wrong tree. This forum is incompetent and unfit for your medically technical concern unless you are lucky to find an anonymous eye specialist as a member of IIK willing to help you which is a far cry and ingenuous expectation on your part.
Better would be to try a professional doctor's visit, if its a monetary problem / try doctors back in India. All we can do is empathize with you thru IIK forum.
PS: I have my colleague going to New Mowasat Egyptian doctor. Even after being skeptic of non-indian medical doctors here in Kwt all this years. I have been hearing continuously hearing not-bad reviews of New Mowasat doctor on varying ailments ranging from cancer cure to now eyes except 1 non-fatal futile piles/fissure misadventures. Hey thats my opinion, you could try your luck there if you wish to or try someplace else....

If your second eye vision is foggy it is most likely due to cataract. Nowadays this a safe and simple surgery and they will implant an IOL and your vision will be better than before. I would advise you to consult Sankara Nethralaya

@Eye Donor - I too regularly consult the Egyptian Doctor in Mowasat. He's good. But treatment here is very costly. Cataract surgery here is around KD 1000 while in Sankara Nethralaya it is around Rs.30,000/-
