Residents can now book online to complete their bio-metric scan before travel

Citizens and residents can now book an appointment through the Ministry of Interior’s website https://meta.e.gov.kw/En/ to complete their bio-metric scan procedures if they wish to do it before traveling.

The General Department of Criminal Evidence allocated four centers across the country in Jahra, Ali Sabah Al-Salem, Farwaniya and West Mishref areas for citizen and residents to complete the bio-metric scan before their travel. These centers will be open daily for 24 hours. New centers will be opened soon at different locations, sources said.

However, all the travelers will be allowed to leave the country without completing the bio-metric procedures, as currently it is limited to arrival passengers only.

Then I logged using the civil ID and pressed forgot password. Message came - password sent to email registered. NO EMAIL received !!! what to do??? any advise?? Rajesh
MS Wednesday, May 24, 2023 For those asking about being locked out or forgotten password, on the first page itself, click on Forgot password without entering your Civil ID number. It will then open a screen to reset your password.. If that doesn''t work, just send them an email at the email address provided. They answer by next day and are quite good. In any case tho, all appointments at all 4 sites booked till 2nd June.
