The burdens and pain of books overload all childrens

The burdens and pain of books overload all childrens

The burdens and pain of books overload all childrens and they face many problems everyday. The pressure of books increases leads to backbone problems, muscle strain, shoulder and neck injuries, leg pain etc Worsening the physical health of students. Do you all know small childrens carrying heavy bags are suffering from orthopaedic problems. Many childrens are not happy to go to school because they get tired after reaching school. In foreign countries there are no such practices childrens are allocated with there own lockers to keep their study materials in the school itself.

As u can see above picture of lockers.

It's time to take steps towards these problems by implementing some proper plans to save students' futures. Let's make an easy way of learning and give a student comfort zone. All schools should implement some changes like

Instead of eight periods in a day there should be only four periods so that students can carry less books.

OR

Instead of giving notes in class there should be a notebook with printed notes of each subject. And by this childrens can save more time to study and interact with their teachers. They can take a written test for students in a week.

For instance,If the English teacher is saying to complete the notes of lesson 1 and come, then the next period science teacher will also tell them to complete the notes and come,Imagine how tough it is for the children to complete all the notes in one day and they will not get the time to study. If there is an English printed notebook all English notes will come in one book,if the student will write the notes he will take two or three books to complete the notes of all the lessons and this increases the weight of bags.

OR ELSE

One book can be divided into three terms. One book contains all subjects lessons for term 1, and the other book for term 2,and another book for final term. Carrying less books to school students will be stress free and active the whole day and they will be physically healthy.Education is not difficult. We are creating problems and making it difficult.Implementing such facilities in all schools can be a big favor to students.

Hi Halima. Good job on posting the article!
However I would like to highlight some points. First of all, the word is "children" and not "childrens".

Second thing, if students get printed notebooks do you think they will improve their handwriting? Writing with your hand has great benefits. It helps children to memorize better what they learn. Their motor skills improve and the eye hand coordination is perfected every time children write. I hope that you will research on the this topic more and it will be your next article.

Finally, if student happen to have only 4 periods in school the periods will be extremely long making it hard for children to concentrate. As for shorter periods, parents will have to seek help from other people or hire help to take care of children if they come home much earlier than they ae coming now. Do you know that after school many kids sit idly home watching tv and not doing anything productive? " An idle mind is a devil''s workshop".

Now, I completely agree on the locker system which will help avoid overburdened bags.

Hope you will conduct better research when you write about the disadvantages of something because humans have made systems after many years of experience and you should learn to understand why certain things are as they are before criticizing it. Hope you will take this note positively and develop into a more naturedly thinking person.

Very well laid down, Halima.
Don''t know why schools keeps their eyes closed on this issue which all children are facing. Most of the schools insist children to buy books from school. In that case, they can negotiate with publishers to print the books term wise.

Some Indian schools in Kuwait finds its most income by selling books three or four times above the actual price, even if they are getting discount from bulk orders including note books.
Different schools select different texts for each standards for the CBSE subjects. Even they will add additional Value, Moral studies too without teaching. Substandard school Uniform also another source of profit making... By attaching one school emblem in shirt or skirt to make sure the sales from them only. Most parents cant complain about these things due to their kids studying under this schools. Even teachers don''t have the common sense to keep the heavy texts like Arabic and others in school itself to avoid this issue. If they are providing lockers they will charge KD 5 from each kids per year like their school app to use for the kids (charging 6 Kd now). Even company softwares also dont have that much maintenance cost. Even after the panademic schools are just going as such for all this kind of extra income making from average families.

Halima - well presented piece of journalism on an important topic, but do work harder on your grammar and punctuation as there are some mistakes. Also, always remember to proof-read carefully.
